HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

As everything is handmade in our studio, production time is 1-2 weeks but. If you need an update on how your order is tracking - Email us!

WHAT SHIPPING OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?

If you are placing an order for a festival and it is at least 3 weeks away, we reccomend  choosing EXPRESS shipping as your items can take up to 2 weeks in peak periods. 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING 

EXPRESS PARCEL POST - 1-3 DAYS 

STANDARD PARCEL POST 2-5 DAYS 

PRIORITY MAIL 1-4 DAYS 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM GETS LOST IN THE MAIL? 

The Lola Collection is not responsible for items that go missing in the post, and will not replace the missing items. All of our deliveries are traceable (If chosen at checkout) and we will do our utmost to retrieve any items that have gone missing. However, in most cases Australia post will compensate for lost items.

If you live within Australia and Australia post confirms the item was not delivered to your address and is missing/lost, The Lola Collection will refund the items price when the compensation is given to us from Australia Post. Email us at info@thelolacollection.com.au to discuss the matter further. 

If an incorrect delivery address was supplied at checkout, The Lola Collection will not be held responsible for locating the item. If the item is traceableAustralia Post will be able to assist you.

 

CAN I RETURN INTIMATES IF IT DOESN'T FIT?

As lingerie is worn so close to the body and each piece is custom made to fit your size, The Lola Collection is unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on lingerie.

If on the unlikely circumstance your item is faulty, email us at info@thelolacollection.com.au

The Lola Collection does not cancel orders and offer refunds simply due to change of mind.
