RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For all exchanges please contact us at Info@thelolacollection.com.au. For AUS orders, all clothing and accessories must be back to our team within 14 days for an exchange. Anything received after the 14th day for domestic orders and 30th day for international orders will not be accepted. As each item is made to order, we DO NOT accept returns.

We do not accept exchanges on garments that have been worn, washed or have had the tags removed.

Items purchased during promotional sale periods or limited edition designs will NOT be eligible for exchanges.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. It is recommended that you use a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
If at the off chance your item is faulty, please email us outlining the issue and we will be in touch to organize an exchange.
