For all exchanges please contact us at Info@thelolacollection.com.au. For AUS orders, all clothing and accessories must be back to our team within 14 days for an exchange. Anything received after the 14th day for domestic orders and 30th day for international orders will not be accepted.
Please note that we only offer a store credit if you have a change of mind. If the outfit is the wrong size we will happily exchange it for your size. However you must supply the return post bag.
Items purchased during promotional sale periods or limited edition designs will NOT be eligible for exchanges.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. It is recommended that you use a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
If at the off chance your item is faulty, please email us outlining the issue and we will be in touch to organize an exchange.
